I had my Heat Pump installed a couple of months back and all I can say it works fantastic. The install guys were super nice and very professional. I hope I don't ever have to call them back, but if I do I know they will treat me great.
I cannot thank Dale enough for coming to our home to fix our a.c. unit! He explained what happened and caught the problem right away! I am so impressed with the office who took my phone call this morning. Before Dale arrived he called to confirm I was home, he was on time and very nice to my dogs and children! I will recommend Quality Heating and Air to anyone and everyone!
I was told by another HVAC company in the area that my AC needed a total system replacement, that it was leaking all its freon and was beyond repair. They quoted me almost $6,000. I called Quality for a second opinion. Dale came out the very next morning and did a complete and thorough inspection of my entire system inside and out (which the other company did not do). He found that the caps on the outside of the unit were loose and that's where the "leak" was coming from. He tightened the caps and gave the system another onc... read more
