Quality Heating sent a technition out to diagnose our heat pump. He showed up walk to tge heat pump bent down felt the line sets and said pressures good but compressors going out and I should replace my whole unit for 10 to 20 grand. He did not take amp draws on unit nor did he test static draw on the air handler handler. when I pointed out a kink in the small line set he then said the pressure is bad and doubled down on selling me a new product. after 10 minutes of non diagnostic checking he turned my inside thermostat to e... read more

David was incredibly helpful in coming out to provide a thorough estimate and explain what work needed to be done. Cory and Andrew spent two days working on correcting some poorly installed venting from the prior homeowners. They were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I think they did a great job and will definitely use Quality Heating in the future for any HVAC needs. Highly recommend.
