Just opened my furnace filter compartment from the last visit by quality heating in January to replace my filter. Was shocked to find a 1" filter in a 5" slot. What the heck? Called for a remedy and to try and understand and the gal said "oh that's no problem!" and I was like "it's a problem, I don't understand why the wrong filter is installed". Quality Heating sent a technition out to diagnose our heat pump. He showed up walk to tge heat pump bent down felt the line sets and said pressures good but compressors going out and I should replace my whole unit for 10 to 20 grand. He did not take amp draws on unit nor did he test static draw on the air handler handler. when I pointed out a kink in the small line set he then said the pressure is bad and doubled down on selling me a new product. after 10 minutes of non diagnostic checking he turned my inside thermostat to e... read more
