Exceptional customer service!! Zach, the technician came to our house on call on the weekend. He communicated effectively and continuously on his time of arrival to our home. When he arrived, he was professional respectful of our home, cleaned up after himself, and walked me through every single process of our system and what was going on with our system. Just opened my furnace filter compartment from the last visit by quality heating in January to replace my filter. Was shocked to find a 1" filter in a 5" slot. What the heck? Called for a remedy and to try and understand and the gal said "oh that's no problem!" and I was like "it's a problem, I don't understand why the wrong filter is installed". She said they didn't charge for the filter and they could send someone out to fix but they would need to charge for the correct filter. I said "let me get this right, you put in the... read more
