Knowledgable, professional, and service oriented. Use them every year for annual service check and they never disappoint. Rick has been our technician the last few years; he spends the time to explain the service and the health of my heat pump. Highly recommend.
Quality Heating has been a great company to work with, one that lives up to their name. My finance went out last fall and Quality was recommended as a good local company. They were able to get me on the books quickly and move forward so I want left out in the cold. I had a few hiccups happen after the install and they're technicians were able to come out quickly and figure out the problem. I will be suggesting them to others moving forward!
Very happy with my experience working with Quality Heating. They installed a heat pump in my house which now gives me A/C to use during smoke season and unseasonably warm days here in Sisters. The communication was timely, options clarified, install clean, and results satisfactory. Tanner was easy to work with from the Sales side of things. 2 guys doing the install did a good job and respected the property. Was reasonably priced too.
