Dayana was very kind, caring, patient, and professional throughout my visit. She made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns with genuine compassion. She did an excellent job and treated me with respect and kindness.
Professional and pain free!
I was contacted day before my appt to confirm time and address. Phlebotomist showed up on time for a 6:30 am appt. She was very kind and gentle. The whole experience was about as great as one could expect. 5 stars totally earned.
Dayana was prompt, professional, and extremely efficient. Was very appreciate that she noticed my error (my kit couldn’t be processed on the weekend) and took the time to call me to reschedule.
Smooth, easy, fast. Great communication. Went out of her way to be able to get here on stormy day which is much appreciated. Would recommend :)
