I was contacted day before my appt to confirm time and address. Phlebotomist showed up on time for a 6:30 am appt. She was very kind and gentle. The whole experience was about as great as one could expect. 5 stars totally earned.
Dayana was prompt, professional, and extremely efficient. Was very appreciate that she noticed my error (my kit couldn’t be processed on the weekend) and took the time to call me to reschedule.
Smooth, easy, fast. Great communication. Went out of her way to be able to get here on stormy day which is much appreciated. Would recommend :)
Excellent study conditions, the process was very professional, and they have all the resources for practice. Professor Dayana is very kind and attentive to detail, and above all, empathetic. I am very grateful to her for this new beginning as a professional.
