Worst business and staff treatment from them in just about my whole time living in one there houses for 8 years was a hell ride from start to finish did not care about me or my visitors they only cared about money and making my life miserable never ever trust this company or have any affiliation take my word for it.
Only compliments. Staff very caring, friendly and professional. They keep us carers and family included and updated. Loved one very well looked after, guided to be independent and it shows. Loved one improved incredibly since they moved in. The team is on the top of medical follow ups and all allied services. A special thank you to all involved.
I have been providing training to the team at Quality Healthcare for over two years. It is always a pleasure. They are always very interested to learn new skills and show a genuine interest in providing the best possible care to the people they support.
What a wonderful company to deal with from the first meeting I was reassured that my sister who has a rare form of Alzheimer’s would be taken care of and they have truly delivered She has an amazing team of carer's that provide her the most wonderful 24 hour care and love so that I can become her sister again and not her carer

My son is in Quality Healthcare at Ingleburn, and all the staff are very caring and supportive of both my son and myself (mother) Rachel particularly, keeps me updated on everything that my son does and also his mental health. My son has very complex issues and the staff deal with him (and myself),by offering support in a professional and caring manner.
