Good haircut-attentive – I also have been coming here to have my haircut for past couple years. The stists are attentive and will give suggestions on how the cut will look. Slight language issue but stylist understand enough to give you a good haircut at a reasonable price for women haircuts compared to other salons.I will continue to have my haircut here.
Great cut – I have been getting my haircut here for years and they due it just right. I have rexommened may peoe and they have enjoyed it vey much. Now that I think about almost all my guy friends go there. They do a great job. One bad hair cut does not define a place. Give them a try it's well with it.

Worst hair cutting place in San Ramon – I would have given this place a lower rating but evidently that is not possible. My hair was cut two-three inches shorter than I asked, it was "chopped" off and uneven. I asked the girl to quit cutting! I actually had to pay for this mess - $30.00! I told the person that cut my hair how dissatisfied I was and the other person in the shop to no avail. No apology, no reimbursement - nothing.
