At first the people was very nice and got my truck in and out within the same day. Then 2 months later when the transmission went out again thats when they really showed who they really was. I called them for 2 months. They kept saying ok we will get you in send your address, but they never did anything. They are waiting for my warranty to run out. Not only did I go through 4 transmissions but I have a 2003 Denali it has the 4l65e these terrible sad sad people took mine and put a 4l60 in it worst place save yourself
I had a rebuild done that shelled out before I even got it home. They took it back and here I am 4 years later, less than 5k miles, and it's at another shop getting a TRUE rebuild done. This shop put someone else's bell housing with old parts in my vehicle. After seeing the insides, I don't know how this even made it the 5k miles it has! I paid for the upgraded rebuild when it went back to them and boy did I get shafted. Sad sad situation
