Terrible. The vendor they use cut our glass wrong, so they say. Quality Glass told me they would put a “rush” on our glass. Then I followed up multiple times and I’m told it would be more than the 2-3 weeks we were originally quoted. Nobody has apologized or made any effort to make the situation better.
RecommendedI would like to give a big shout out to Quality Glass. They replaced our window at Park Marine in Gainesville and it looks great. It took a little longer than I would have like but the final result is well worth what we paid. The guys, who came to install the window were very professional, nice and very knowledgeable. Thank you Hope for making things happen. 5 STARS!!!!!
They weren't the cheapest but we prefer to do business local so we weren't necessarily looking for the lowest price. Hope showed up as promised, measured & quickly sent a quote. Shower doors were installed as promised. There was an issue at & after installation. The installers were up front with what happened & it was resolved in a reasonable time frame. Everyone was professional & pleasant to work with. THANK YOU for great customer service & standing behind your work. Quality services are hard to find these days!

Quality glass is exactly that! Was working out of town in their area and had a glass issue that could not wait. Called 15 minutes away and someone stayed past their lunch time just to help me. I was met with a friendly smile and my glass problem was cured in a matter of minutes. All I can say is thank you very much! It’s nice to deal with real people too.
QG has helped us a lot in the past. whether personally with glass for frames, mirrors for frames or the pane of glass that got broken in the window....oops happens !! they have been there for us professionally many times, always doing a great job, in a timely manner with an acceptable price.
