Repaired & upgraded engagement rings. I was nervous leaving the rings bc of sentimental value and fear of swapping out stones. Lisa at Quality gem was absolutely amazing! She educated me on identifying my stones before & after, took photos, provided updates & appraised it. She is passionate about her work & ring came out so sparkly!! I get many complainants . What I really valued the most was her honesty and how she listened & didn’t try to up sell me.
I don’t normally leave reviews, however being dismissed after 3 minutes of walking in and being told “ he doesn’t even want to get into it “ as an owner is poor business. Never judge a book by its cover.
Julie and her team were incredible beyond belief. Through every step of the process they were so helpful and allowed me to propose to my now fiancée with absolute certainty that I was giving her the finest ring in the world. Would recommend to anyone and will be a returning customer
