The store has a harmony to it. The second you walk in you feel surrounded by positive energy, which is also heightened by the amazing staff. If I had to pick one word to describe my experience at Quality Gem it would have to be caring. After I left the store with my new treasure, the store owner came out to say goodbye and even gave me a free gift for coming in. I felt like a kid again as I thanked him and told him I would be back.
