November 2, 2011 – I am a local artist and have know Greg and Carol since the early days of Quality Frames in Westlake. I have always received really good professional advice from both of them. Their framing craftmanship is wonderful, lending extra beauty to anything they frame, and they are so quick to see just the right combinatrion to enhance a particular piece of art. Some of my paintings hang in their gallery and it has been a pleasure doing business with them. I whole heartedly recommend for all of your framing needs.
Saved the day – I'm the manager of a competing frame shop in the westlake area. A short time back, we were struggling with a very dificult mat design. I contacted Quality frames and art and asked for assisstance with this project. They completed the project and had it back to me the next day. The workmanship was perfect, as was their sense of cooperation, even towards a competitor. Thanks guys you saved the day!
None better! – I've used several frame shops around Austin. These folks have their act together. They not only sold me an AWESOME frame and mat design, but they took the time to "teach" me what proper custom framing is all about. Believe me, taking your art to a professional, knowledgeable framer makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE!
FABULOUS – I have had 3 pieces of original art framed here and all have been extremely well done. Each one got HUGELY better in terms of appearance. I was floored by each one. WOW. Carole does a GREAT job in helping you pick out the RIGHT frame. They have ZILLIONS of frames too. Really a high-quality place. And whoever said something about their "attitude" ... lordy, these folks are very very very straight. JUST THRILLED with what i have had them do. HIGHLY recommend the place.

Great product – These people helped me get two large projects done in a short time & did them to perfection. Every person i dealt with there was helpful. They aren't the super bubbly all smiles sales person we are all used to seeing, but i am not that kind of customer either. I think the first reviewer might not understand people have different personality types. Terribly RUDE People – They were fast. Other than that everything else was TERRIBLE customer service. I have worked customer service for a while, and this is some of the WORST I have ever experienced. Not only were they rude, but they were very condescending and sarcastic. Not only in their speech but in their manerisms as well. They have perfected the art of treating other people as if they are stupid. i will never go back and I persuade other not too as well.
