The staff are very friendly and doctors are very good. Also it has to be one of the cleanest doctor's office I've been to.
This place sucks. 3 times they were supposed to call in my prescription. 3 calls and 22 hrs later, still No Prescription. Never going back.
The Dr and the assistant were nice and professional and the waiting time was not bad. I only give four stars bc of the receptionist. After seeing the dr I walked up to the front desk and asked the lady how much I need to pay for the visit. She responded by saying " how much do you want to pay?" What the heck? I just need to pay whatever I am supposed to . What kind of question is that ? Is that how you ( manager and owner) train your staff to talk the patients like that? Took my farther to be seen .there was No doctor but a "pa" physician assistant & the "pa" wouldn't touch or help my farther took him because he was in alot of pain from having a cyst on his face was turned away & told to go see plastic surgeon. NEVER AGAIN
The ladies at the desk were wonderful & the Dr was so nice. We were also in & out but it was also 1030pm.
This place is great. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The office is very nice, modern and clean. They have many things on site, do you don't have to wait or come back for results. I hope I don't need to return soon, but if I do, I'm happy they are in the neighborhood.
