It is a shame that they dislike disagreeable reviews and will continually call and harass anyone who leaves one. One woman with an extremely grating and irritating voice (her voice was also extremely smarmy and condescending) kept continually calling me on Friday so much that I blocked their number. Their business practices leave much to be desired -- such as shorting people on their prescriptions yet charging for the full amount to both the insurance company and the customer (doesn't that constitute insurance fraud???). Great pharmacy. I can call them that morning and have my prescriptions by that evening. And they have actual people answer the phone instead of answering machines. I like that.
While i´m in Tulsa, the best in OK. Excellent and keep up the good work.
I love working for this company! I have customers tell me all the time how much they appreciate talking to an actual person over the phone rather than a machine.
They answer the phones without having to go thru alot of prompts, are polite, and patiently answer your question. They delivery which is a blessing to those of us who don't drive. Thanks for the great job you do.
