Worst customer service ever. Took FOREVER to get the fence done. And they started digging the post holes at the front of my house and then just left the giant holes when they realized they screwed up. Even tried covering some up with chunks of grass. This company is a joke.

We recently had a fence installed by About Quality fence. Our experience was very positive. The salesman and office personnel were very helpful and professional. The installation of our fence went smoothly and I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a great fence!
Working off a name no money smarts. If u want to pay for your fence now and get it in 4 mon the call these guys. Will lie right to your face. They have no employees that install fence none all subcontracted they are taking 40 percent of all money's to be a middle man cause of the name
Thanks quality fence. I'm holding our customer service repair form and Cathy from your company left me a very nice note indicating that "he is not nice" clearly not meant for us to read. Seems pretty dumb to hand that out. Maybe I would be nicer had I received a simple call back before I put three calls in to your company in three weeks. Maybe think about removing the "quality" from quality fence and just call yourself Fence. We'll be in touch tomorrow.
we are now on 2 and a half months waiting for a fence. We've had the posts for almost a month. When asked when they would be finishing it they told me they were checking on the wood and when it would be delivered. This is the worst fence company. Do not use them
If you want a really good reliable company to install your fence...keep looking. The management of this company is about as untrustworthy as they. Do not keep commitments, never are up front with you, and talk about unreasonable! I'm not really sure how they look at themselves in the mirror. Do yourself a favor...learn to build a fence on your own...I watched them do it (four months after my contract specified) and it's not all that hard! mr Quality Fence is one of the most unscrupulous companies I have ever delt with. They give great lip service but do not stand behind their product or their installations. Their product is questionable and their istall is done as cheaply as possible. If they were the last fencing company in the world I would not deal with them again and my recommendation would be that you don't either.
