mr Quality Fence is one of the most unscrupulous companies I have ever delt with. They give great lip service but do not stand behind their product or their installations. Their product is questionable and their istall is done as cheaply as possible. If they were the last fencing company in the world I would not deal with them again and my recommendation would be that you don't either.
Run Away! I have never given a company a negative report but after dealing with this company I was really given no choice. So as much as it pains me I don't want other people to suffer as we have. I went with this company after I saw there vinyl product. I had to spend a pretty penny but we really liked the fence. The salesperson seemed great at first. Went with Quality Fence and it was a nightmare all the way through. Lying to get my business. Saying 3-5 weeks (it was 8). Saying they would be there one day and not showing up. Everyone is on a different page when you call. I had to constantly follow up with them and all I got is excuses. Not a good experience...…… and to top it off, they cut my sprinkler lines in two places. Arrgggg…... Quality FenceUntag
The worst fence I have ever seen, total lack of professionalism. I'm disgusted in the way this whol process has been handled. After complaints it only compounded to make the experience as a whole even worse.... In short it seems once the money is in there pocket the give a dam is busted.....
Terrible customer service! It has been a battle since day one with them! I would not recommend them to anyone.
