The doctor seemed okay but was VERY behind schedule. After 45 minutes I went to the front desk and asked what was going on. NEVER got an answer. I had left my phone in the car so that it wouldn't disturb during the visit and so I asked the receptionist if I could use their phone or if she would call my home and just let them know that I would be later than expected. Dr Yu was the best!! I wish he was a MD! I would make him my primary doctor hands down! He and his staff are so great and professional. I would recommend everyone to see him!!
Very professional with the latest techniques and equipment. Staff is friendly and well trained. All this is due to the standards and examples set by the very personable Dr. Yu himself. 5+
I absolutely love Dr. Yu and the staff. Always professional and courteous. But let me tell you about Ann in optometry. She is awesome! She ALWAYS picks my glasses. I simply sit in the chair and let her work her magic. No need to look. She knows my style and what works well for me. LOVE HER!
