Mike Eager is a great technician. Whenever we needed work done to our heater, we are lucky to have him each time. His knowledge, thorough, and honest explanation of what needs to be done cannot be matched. His personality is great too! If you need anywork done to your heating system please call QDI. You won't be disappointed. Also, every time I call the office, the superior customer service can't be beat. They are so friendly and helpful. Thank you QDI!! Our water heater blew the Monday before Christmas and flooded a good portion of our basement. Bill and his team spent the entire afternoon at our house quickly replacing our broken/outdated unit with a top of the line Trane Pro model and helping drain and remediate the entire basement. They saved our week and basement and were amazing and professional the entire day! Thank you Bill, Jason, Ken and everyone else!

I needed a new heating system for my house and got three different, of the three this company I felt the most comfortable with. Everyone on their staff was extremely polite and didn't rush me at any parts of the process. The sales man tried to find the system that worked best for me, and did not pressure me into getting the most expensive system.
