Phil came out to do an estimate for us and he did a wonderful job. He explained the differences in all the models and gave us three estimates while still on site. He was very professional and personable. Edited to add information on the install. Two days after we signed the contract, Jake, Cole, and Ryan came to do our install (a replacement of an 18 year old central air system). They were extremely professional and the work is flawless. I've been using Quality Degree for a few years and all the technicians have been very knowledgeable and courteous. I recently needed a new hot water heater. Jason arrived promptly, gave me a quote and had the new unit installed in two hours. Thank you Jason.

We had a new thermostat installed and while Phil was I asked a few questions pertaining to our heating unit. Not only was he able to provide me with a wealth of knowledge but he was also able to complete a full unit service check and cleaning addressing my concerns. After experiencing service from other companies, I can truly say that his visit was hassle free and quite enjoyable. Our technicians took their time diagnosing our furnace and electric heat pump systems for improvements in efficiency and safety. Their experience and knowledge was superb and their work was excellent. Pricing was extremely fair and they did not leave until all installments were thoroughly explained and that all work was proven to be running smoothly!
