Pure scammer. Takes your money and doesn't show up. When he does show, the work is extremely questionable. Who in the world puts windows in BEFORE housewrap?? Who installs a 2x6 door in 2x4 walls? He is nothing more than a thief that does the bare minimum to extract extra money and then ignores any attempts to contact him
