I had a huge renovation project last year that required us to move our AC unit on the roof. Coincidentally, monsoon season started and rain was pouring into our home because we had a huge hole where the AC unit was. We were scrambling to get a roofer out there to patch everything up. Easy to work with. Met with my insurance adjuster to make sure all repairs needed got covered and work was scheduled/completed very quick. Wound up with a total r&r of a flat foam roof!! Later discovered one small leak at a skylight but that was repaired asap with no questions asked. Would highly recommend!!
