The counselor I saw was great, no problems there. The receptionist has made it clear they don’t care though. Constant miscommunication and continual claims of not receiving message from myself or my insurance when they don’t pick up the phone during their business hours. When I mentioned I was no longer feeling comfortable with their services from the front end and was considering looking for a new counselor, he said “oh so it’s not worth it to you?” It was very rude and unprofessional. Not coming back.
Therapy sessions was an Okay experience, wasn't what I was looking for. Just make sure this service is under your plan/insurance.
Was referred to this company by Behavioral Health . I am definitely not satisfied with the receptionist nor the counselor that did my sons evaluation. We were seen 10/25/2022 and told by receptionist it takes 4-6 weeks to hear back. Its now JANUARY 2023 & now we are getting the run around. Now its "this isnt the first case thats waiting & hasnt gotten results from the same counselor that seen my son. Then to find out the receptionist is also the SUPERVISOR . #DEFINITELY NOT SATISFIED. We came here from the Bay Area (Oakland) for an autism evaluation for my 5 year old daughter. The entire staff from the phone call appointment scheduling to the results were nothing short of amazing! I can not say enough good things about them. They genuinely care and that's so rare!
I came here and talked to Lisa and she was a sweetheart. She was very nice and very understanding and a very easy person to talk to.
