Raul was amazing! He took his time diagnosing our issue and didn’t try to rush even when he showed up here at 4ishpm and did not leave until he had an answer for us and that was around 7ish pm. Again great guy and courteous of our house no shoes in the house rule, he put on booties when he entered
I don’t often leave reviews, however I will for my experience with Quality Cooling and Heating. Firstly the tech they had come out Eric was amazing. He noticed I was active duty military and added a discount without me ever even asking. To those that say the price may be a little high for services / repairs rendered, I would implore you to wait until you see the detailed pictures of the process these folks have to complete in order get things up and running again. Everything went great! Easy to get appointment and they kept me informed of when the service man, Tyler would arrive. Received a text with his information and picture before he arrived. He was very professional and made sure he kept things clean. Explained options and warranties to us. He worked to find us a fan motor and had it delivered to him so he could install it right away. Very pleased with the whole process and sitting in my cool home! Highly Recommend Thank you Tyler
