The guys at Quality carts are "stand up guys!" I recently purchased a used cart from Matt. He asked me if I wanted to ad a warranty, which I refused. Within a few hours, after taking the cart home, it developed a "problem". I called Matt and he asked me to bring it back for an inspection. After taking a look at the cart, he and the owner Mark agreed to keep me "whole" and apply the price I paid for the "problem" cart to any other cart they had for sale. Went out to this place today to look for a 32 year old golf cart part. They had it. This place is awesome. May consider buying one of their used golf carts - because my 32 year old one is a bit tired. That's 112 in golf cart years
We are so glad we went to Quality Carts to buy our golf cart two years ago. It was so reassuring to know the golf cart was in tip top shape. We use it seven month out of each year at our campground with no problems. My husband recently lost his keys and Quality Carts was able to give us a replacement key. So good to know they are there whenever we need them.
Called up looking for parts. Gave the information on the cart, they had the parts in stock and made it easy.
