My friend bought hardwood flooring here and it was very low quality. When she tried to return it, Dudley the owner, said it would be a 25% restocking fee. He came and picked up the flooring and wrote her a check. He cancelled the check the same day! He now has her money and the flooring. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS GUY!!!
