After contacting them it took 2 weeks for them to come get it from sc to bring it back to get fixed then brought back. I had a panel on my enclosed 24' V-nosed trailer rip while hauling a show car. Quality Cargo rep. Jordan reviewed my claim and approved it. They were (on 2 separate occasions) supposed to send me parts to repair myself. Those shipments never arrived. I finally agreed to have a local trailer repair shop do the repairs, which Jordon agreed to take care of the bill, he never did, and I had to pay out of pocket to get my trailer back. I could not be happier with the service and support I have received. After damaging my trailer and scaping almost the whole side of my 24ft trailer, I called to order parts to try to fix it myself. I purchased the parts from Quality and made arrangements to drive to Nashville Georgia and pickup those parts. I met with Jordan who wears many hats but took the time to discuss what I needed to fix my trailer and how I was going to accomplish the task.
