Wish I could give a negative start. Bought this concession trailer new from Quality Cargo in Nashville Ga in March 2026. It was sold to me as an insulated trailer. Had the trailer wrapped with our logos and all equipment installed inside. Decided to put some lights under the trailer and realized it is not insulated. The studs are 16in center and there might be about 6 inches of foam board in a few of the sections. Quality trailer.. not. The dayI got my newly built trailer home it had a bad leak on one side. After contacting them it took 2 weeks for them to come get it from sc to bring it back to get fixed then brought back. In February I placed a warranty claim for a crack under my gulwing and heard nothing back for months. When I did he claimed I must has change my number and email or had the number on dnd. I had a panel on my enclosed 24' V-nosed trailer rip while hauling a show car. Quality Cargo rep. Jordan reviewed my claim and approved it. They were (on 2 separate occasions) supposed to send me parts to repair myself. Those shipments never arrived. I finally agreed to have a local trailer repair shop do the repairs, which Jordon agreed to take care of the bill, he never did, and I had to pay out of pocket to get my trailer back. I could not be happier with the service and support I have received. After damaging my trailer and scaping almost the whole side of my 24ft trailer, I called to order parts to try to fix it myself. I purchased the parts from Quality and made arrangements to drive to Nashville Georgia and pickup those parts. I met with Jordan who wears many hats but took the time to discuss what I needed to fix my trailer and how I was going to accomplish the task.
