QC is always quickly and knowledgeably responsive to questions of issues, products, billings and anything on the mind of customers. I’ve enjoyed their service for upwards of 20 years.
They are the best around in this area, my lawn looks like a golf course, Quality Care makes sure that you satisfied with their service.
Wonderful company - very reliable & kind!
Our technician has been excellent, responding to requests and careful in his work; however, this year's grub application failed for our yard (not the technician's fault), and we got an explanation from the company that their grub chemicals were at fault. OK, but no effort was made to reapply the chemical or overseed the areas that have been destroyed, or to refund some of the cost for the failed service.
