Excellent Service – Quality Termite performed the inspection and completed the termite treatment on the home I purchased in 2009. Upon replacing the lower level windows we found more termites in new places :-(. We called Quality and Randy came right out to complete a full inspection and recommended further treatments on the new areas. Steer clear! Damaged our house! – Short version: Quality Care Termite underbid, did a poor job, damaged our house, cost us 1,000 bucks, cost our insurance company 12,000 bucks, lied about extending our service, and we still have termites. Long version: all of the following is true and verifiable by photo evidence, insurance reports and third party inspectors. BE CAREFULL!!!! – Randy (Owner) quoted $4.1K for job. Competitor quoted $3.4 for same work. I contacted Quality office and they confirmed they would match the competitors' bid. Two weeks later on the morning of starting the job Randy decided they wouldn't honor their prior price commitment. It was either agree to the $4.1 price or he would pull the crew.......I believe this tactic is called a "cram scam"......
