Nidhal and his team at Quality Care of Howell have provided exceptional care for my elderly parents over the past year. The staff are wonderful to work with and genuinely connect with and care about the residents. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking compassionate, reliable care for a loved one.

Quality Care is a very clean, bright and well ran community. You can see that the staff from the top down genuinely love being there and make an extra effort towards hospitality. The high ceilings are an added bonus. As an industry professional I'd highly recommend Quality Care for your loved one.
I spent almost three years working at Quality Care in order to get patient care experience while in nursing school. I grew so much personally, and professionally, during my time here. I found this place last year and I’m proud to say that I found my 2nd home. This place is amazing because the RCA’s are caring and I can tell that they treat the residents as their own family and I am one of that RCA. Plus the owner of this facility is very understanding, kind and down to earth man. He is always there when you needed something. So to whoever wants to join us or to anybody who have an older people who needing care, Quality Care is the best place and safe for them. Rest assured we’re very hands on.
