There’s a reason why Quality has been around so long. They installed the audio systems in 2 different vehicles of mine over 20 years ago. They set me up today in my current vehicle and nothing has changed. Lee will not sell you anything you don’t need and he will ensure the end result is exactly what you want. I couldn’t be happier with the new setup, and I’ll always recommend them for anyone looking to upgrade the sound in their vehicle.

These people are NOT educated enough to be working on cars. They can’t even replace a wire they pulled out “accidentally” because they have no idea where they pulled it from or what it is for.
Horrible experience. Gladly took my money, knowing I was in a hurry. Hooked up a head unit and amp in my Jeep. After a hour of leaving the shop it stops working, I call upset and explain the situation and he proceeds to tell me that my wiring is junk. I show up this morning to ask to have it fixed and owner insists because of the phone call yesterday and me being upset he’d rather just remove the items and issue a refund. Which he did.
Business response:
Customer blew his speakers. Blamed us for his damage. Customer was so insanely rude and childish I chose to remove our equipment and issue him a full refund. No one wants to deal with a petulant child. Life is too short.
Lee is a topnotch business owner and won't sell useless crap you don't need.. Just go in there and listen to his advice.. Its that easy!
We added a back up camera, DVD player (Bluetooth) speaker, and amp. Exceptional customer service! I told Lee and Angela what I was looking to add (w little knowledge on which direction to take) and they delivered past my expectations! I will be a loyal customer to this establishment for any future business. Thank you again!! And I appreciate the “tall guy” for taking the time to show me all the specifics!
Truly great quality, it’s all in the name. The staff they have are very knowledgeable in each service they provide. The help you find what you want and need, at the best price point, they don’t just try to over sell and they never try to talk you into anything you don’t need. Great shop, great service, knowledgeable and professional staff!
There’s a reason why this place has endured for so long, even in today’s digital age. It all boils down to quality parts and service. The staff communicates all aspects of service very well also. You’ll never feel “left in the dark”.
Went in twice trying to get an estimate for my radio replacement. Advised the quote was lost because of computer problems, but still had my info in the computer..hmm? Never received a follow up with the 2nd request. Not a lot of people in there but to busy for my business I guess. Not organized to say the least.
