I just bought a car for my daughter here last week. I don't think I have had a better experience dealing with a used car dealership, than I did with these guys. Mike and Jeff are partners running this business, and 2 of the most pleasant, honest guys I've had the pleasure to deal with. They are not high pressure salesman here, just two nice guys, selling inexpensive, quality cars to the public. Buy a car from these guys and they will take care of you, for sure.
I have to say growing up around Car Dealerships most of my life it was extremely refreshing to run into a Dealership like this one. No pressure sales tactics that you get from most used car dealerships. They even let you take the car and tests drive it by yourself. The even asked if I would like to see the Carfax and or take it to my own shop to have it looked over.
I bought a car from quality car connection in November 2012. 2 months later and car still running great.. No problems at all. The sales team here made my experience enjoyable and easy. There was no pressure to buy...... & believe me.. it took forever for me to make up my mind... too many choices!!! Everyone was so helpful, nice, friendly & patient. I have been searching for a new/old car for a while now and have been frustrated overall with the process. I came here though and had the joy of actually meeting Mike, one of the owners/managers. He was BEYOND friendly, very easy to talk with, and very eager to help this gal out (and not in the salesmen type way). I ended up not getting car here, only because my credit isn't good and my interest rate was going to be pretty high (ending up with a Craigslist cheapy until I improve my score).
