This is a good company and good employees. Good Buildings.
I would not recommend this company. I purchased the front porch cabin to live in. Was 2 weeks late for deliver. No one would give ma a straight answer or return my calls. Piece of the roof came which they did fix, but I wanted to be there to show the repair guy other issues. Going to post pictures on FB, Not a quality cabin !!!! Wish I would have read these reviews before I made my purchase

Last we had heard from you and our dealer regarding other issues on the building, the roof was the only issue you had addressed with us. Very poor customer service was told they would come fix everything that was wrong from factory the guy show up fix one bored I was told I was never going to be happy he could not fix anything that was wrong from Factory that's how they come nails were missed on the roof wall two-by-fours were not cut correctly for the walls windows are not frame correctly there was gaps the frame was not frame correctly the walls leak water about $2,000 worth of my tools I will never do business with this company again have lost all respect ... read more

We got a storage shed from Clovis NM lot. First of all we weren't told that we had to have some of our fence down so they can set it up, so our storage shed sat on the side of our backyard fence for 4 months with my fence down before they got someone over to set it up. Not once did we complain. But we have financial situation and you all won't even consider working with my wife. That's pretty sad. Worst customer service I've ever heard of.
I bought my building from the site in Shawnee.... it takes 4 weeks before the building is delivered even though gour told it should take no more than 2. Delivery guy was great setup went excellent.... but one of the vents blew off during delivery.. siding panels are loose several paint issues.... repairs could be several more weeks out. But you wanna call and say our payment is due on the first? My next building will be a Dirkson. Quality has some good sales people.. and good delivery guys... but that is all I will ever say ... read more

Our deliveries typically take 10-15 business days from the date of purchase and can sometimes take a little longer depending on weather. As far as the repair issues, our repair man has been in contact with Mrs. Freeman in regards to a repair date and repairs will be done before the first payment is due. If the delivery and setup goes half as well as my purchase and planning experience went, you guys have a lifelong customer! Megan was absolutely amazing. From the moment we made contact, she has been helpful, friendly, patient, and has gone out of her way to make sure my requests were understood, and fulfilled. She even stayed late to accommodate my work schedule. She has constantly kept me in the loop regarding any issues with my customizations, calling to confirm any adjustments they needed to make were acceptable with me.... read more
