You know it’s bad when you have to resort to social media to get a companies attention. Quality Buick GMC is anything but quality. My GF bought a car here first week of June. The windshield had a problem. We brought this to our salesman’s attention, Craig Shattuck. A month later, all Craig has done is give us excuses and lies about the windshield. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Bought a 2018 Porsche Macan here in June. The lane departure warning was not working and Quality told me the car is still under factory warranty and to have it fixed at Porsche for free. Went to Porsche STL for service and Porsche tells me it’s the wrong windshield and the front-facing camera can not be calibrated properly since it’s not the correct windshield. 5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality The only complaint I have with the service done to my car is the light on the dashboard for the passenger tire shows the tires air pressure needs ti be serviced. This light came on as we were driving home. I called and talked to Tim , I was told to bring it back. I will be doing that on Wednesday morning.
