I met Jeff about 5 years ago when I locked the keys in my car at my clients house whom I believe is his aunt. She recommended him and my car has been in his exceptional care since then. I feel very safe and confident in his teams hands! Honest, caring and REASONABLE. Thank you very much!
I wouldn't go to anyone else. He is honest and more than reasonable with his pricing. I won't take my vehicles anywhere but his shop! The nicest people around.
Worked on my own cars for years. Wife had a screw in her SUV tire. So when Raben tire said they couldn't fix it and to buy a new tire, I knew they were trying to pull a fast one. Took it to quality auto and they had it fixed and on the road in 20min. Didn't charge me a dime for the repair. Growing up in small town Spencer County, I know the value of a good "small town" trustworthy mechanic. Quality Auto did right by me and I will certainly be using them again.
I do not know how these guys are not more well known I took my car in for an unknown problem with my brake fluid light. Thought it was a sensor. They inspected it and found faulty work from a previous garage. Did not charge me to look or find the issue. I had to call said place and they towed it to their original garage tire store that screwed it up. Luckily Jeff Decker and his mechanics found the issue before I wrecked it.
