Would never take my car anywhere else. Ricky and his mechanics are the best. Besides what you took your car there for to be fixed, they will check it over and let you know if they see anything else that needs done......and not just to make more money. Honest and very reasonable!
I'm from out-of-town. My Jeep Liberty started overheating on I-68 between Morgantown and Lavale, and the engine seized up when I got to Lavale. Quality Automotive was able to find a replacement engine and get it put in my Jeep for less than I had expected to pay. They made sure that the Jeep was running well before they called me to come and retrieve it. I hope I don't have to have another repair with them again, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to have them work on my car again.
Quick service and they keep you informed. They took care of contacting the sneaky warranty company and getting my warranty work approved.

I would never take my car, or let my mom take her car, anywhere else. Rick and his fleet of mechanics are friendly, polite, fast, courteous and extremely skilled -- and above all, what keeps me coming back to them is that they are fair and reasonable in their pricing, and never misrepresent required work in order to increase profits.
