Bad customer service and terrible service overall. Frank is inept in replacing my headlights on a 2015 Mustang. Wasted 3 days. I turn in my car with working Foglights, turn signals and RTR lights, and he returns it all disconnected and one calbe damaged. So I (the customer) had to work and connect the lights back on (in his bay) when all I wanted was my headlights replaced, and he went and disconnected something entirely else. Then he ignores me and goes to get Wendy's... Then he makes up some bs about a balancer for it bein... read more

Frank was absolutely amazing! I brought my car in thinking multiple things were wrong, but he ended up telling me only one thing needed to be replaced and was able to be in and out of there in one day with super reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!!

They really wasted my time. I dropped my car here at 9:45 saying I need it done by eod. No price list upfront, they didn’t tell me they had to order parts. I was told to receive a price list call in roughly an hour. So I called back at 12:30, they told me I missed their phone so now I have to wait until Monday. And when I came to pick up my car at 18:00, all the parts are at their gate. No repair was done, at all. Frank is amazing. He filled up my parents tires when they came out to help me move and after my first week, my car broke down. I called during a stressful situation and he solved it easily. He is very transparent and never upsells. Absolutely my guy in California for car repairs. The guys know how to run an auto shop.
