Scratched my new and my car was is still dirty after paying for the “best” car wash and I tipped the guy drying my car smh
The guy I usually see at this wash does a great job. Today some other guy was there and what a difference. The Customer service was not there today. He did not give me my full change after I specified the wash I wanted , then I was rushed through the machine to where all the functions did not work. I usually get a full soap, scrub and rinse. Not today, all 3 were cut short and I’m just along for the neutral ride. If I don’t see the guy I usually see next time, I will not come back.
Workers are friendly and did a great job of prepping the car before it went through the wash. They also toweled the windows. The back of the car was still pretty dirty. Worst was a couple new scrapes on side of the car behind the rear wheel well.
