The service dept informed us it would take a couple of hours. Jokingly I asked if we could take the Mustang for a loaner and they said 'yes, no problem”. I am thoroughly satisfied and amazed at how well we have been treated. They have gone over and beyond any dealership around. I was the lucky winner of the oil change giveaway, and they did an excellent job! They pointed out some things that needed done, from minor to major. The service manager is very thorough and conscientious! No more lube express for this woman!!! Great job Quality Auto of Casper! I would recommend them to anybody and everybody!!!
Brady went out of his way to get me into my new truck. I stopped in there around 10 and was taking my new truck home a few hours later.
