Customer service is horrible!! They make you feel like you’re not wanted. A guy that only had 2 month of experience helped us and he was incompetent to do his job. Couldn’t care less for what we were looking for. He was not exited about selling a car. the owner was spoke to after not getting treated right and he could care less too. Kept sticking up for this guy instead of doing customer service. Not recommended.

RecommendedOur experience shopping for a car at Quality was the best. Absolutely no pressure whatsoever. We were able to look at a couple cars and take our time making a decision. Greg has the best customer service of any salesman out there. Really wanted to help us get into a good car for a great deal and gave us a great offer on our trade. In just a couple hours we were driving our new car home the same day!!!! Will definitely recommend Greg and the team at Quality Auto of Casper to anyone looking for a great quality used vehicle.

What a phenomenal place to buy a vehicle from. I've always had anxiety about purchasing a vehicle, but they welcomed me in and treated me like family the entire time. Found me the perfect vehicle for my family and made it such an easy process. Definitely recommend Greg and Michael and the rest of the team at Quality Auto of Casper!
Some of the best customer service in town went and had my windows tinted today there people skills are great You just earned my busines when I need more tint or looking for a a newer truck ill be stopping hear first

It is important to understand the WHOLE story here. There are some goods but there are also some scary bads. I bought a used truck from these guys and I don't intend on bringing any future business back to them. The guy kept quoting a book value of 7k but the high book fair price is more like $5688. That of course doesn't take in account the rust spots, dents, broken lights, window tracks, or several mechanical failures I have had to deal with. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Went in to test drive a car listed for $16k. I was offered $2,000 for my trade in on a Saturday. A week later they lowered the price of the car by $1,000. I went online and got pre-approved for the $15k with $2,000 for my trade in. I called them on Monday to see if the car was still available and to let him know I was interested and pre-approved for financing.
