What more can I say Ben at Quality Auto and Marine is an excellent mechanic I won't take my boat and car anywhere else.
In CDA on vacation and had some problems starting my boat. Tried to find a shop in town that I could trust, and only this shop had any online reviews. So, I was a bit skeptical whether the reviews were "legitimate." But I tried my luck anyways. I couldn't be happier. Turns out there was nothing wrong - they started it right up - I was just starting it wrong and flooded it. A more unscrupulous shop would try to tell me the fuel pump was bad, etc. I would highly recommend Quality Auto & Marine.
Ben does it again. I'm going to start calling this guy the magic man. Fixed my wife's Escape in one day. Plus detailed inside and out. Last mechanic I had charged me 600 more and took him 5 days. Didn't fix the problem. Wife luvs it and it purrs like a kitten.
I rate Quality Auto and Marine at 5 stars, only because 6 stars is not an option. Ben (owner/operator) performed a buyer's inspection of the boat I purchased from a 3rd party who lived near Couer d'Alene. Not only did he inspect the boat, he picked it up at the owners home, launched and recovered it at the lake, then returned it to the owners home.
