Beware of this company, Quality Auto and Marine. We were told to take our boat here by the original company that we purchased our boat from to have a warranty issue addressed. One of our front ballasts on our boat had sarting leaking into the hull, we had a steering issue, and our bilge was not fuctioning properly. Ben, Andrea and Co provided me with the best service I have gotten from a business in a very long time. My wife and I and a group of friends were in CDA for our annual lake vacation when we had engine issues with our boat. Our seawater pump trashed and I called Quality at almost 3pm - Andrea was so accommodating and said 'bring it in right now - we'll squeeze it in because I want you to enjoy your vacation out on the water'. The reviews on this shop are spot on, I was having a problem with my boat going into gear. Took it in told Ben the owner what it was doing he went out to the boat made a few adjustments and fixed my boat didn't even charge me I am so impressed by the honesty and service that I received. I plan on taking my auto and boat repairs to this shop. Thank you Ben and Andrea

These guys are amazing. They explain everything to you. Helped me out greatly when I was robbed by another shop that claimed they did work on my timing chain and then told engine blown. Ben immediately looked at it and diagnosed it as chain issues. He tore it apart that night and called me to let me know the work I paid the other shop wasn't done and the guy messed up other parts. He showed me all issues and parts that weren't replaced. He then fixed everything and was able to get it done under quoted price. Can't thank him ... read more

The Last, Honest, Great American Mechanic. Service so true to its name Quality . Ive had them install 2 ford engines replacing fords problem Cam phaser issue. Not only was there workmanship excellent, they stood behind the work with excellent customer service after the work was completed. Would not hesitate to use the for any mechanical issue in the future. Satisfied Customer.

We recently took our 2004 Ford superduty to Ben and Andrea at Quality Auto & Marine to have major work done. Ben came recomended from a radom person telling me how satisfied he was with the work that they had done for him. From the first time we talked with Ben to the day that we picked up our truck, the service that we recieved was great, the work on our truck was perfect, he even callled us on thier day off to make sure the truck was runing perfectly. What a great place! Good quality workmanship at a very good price. The owners and all of the people working there are extremely nice. Our car ran so much better after we left. Ben took great care of it, he found where the problem was and installed top-quality parts. We would trust him with any repairs and would recommend this place to anyone in the area. We were only visiting while on vacation and they even recommended a lunch spot for us that ended up being amazing!

From Seattle, and have a cabin near Couer D Alene. Needed a few things done on my boat this week including winterizing, plus winterizing my older two cycle jet ski's. Took a chance with Ben and his crew, not knowing any boat shops in the area, and glad I did. Got me right in, and did everything they promised at a very fair price. my boat will go nowhere else for repairs from here on out....
