Great customer service! We bought our car from this 2nd hand dealership, we had some issues with the car where some squeaking sound is happening on the back tires. Mohammad was able to help us and fix the issue. He is true to his words and he value his customers. This is very rare nowadays. Now the car is working superbly. Overall, I am pretty satisfied. I am totally recommending this dealership!
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership with the understanding that it would be sold in safe, working condition. The salesperson assured me that any existing issues would be resolved prior to delivery. However, the car was sold to me with a faulty fuel gauge, which was not disclosed beforehand. Got my first MINI here, Nero and his team are amazingly friendly, honest and helpful and really catered to what I wanted and needed. I definitely recommend them, and if you ask anyone who has purchased from them, I think they’d say the same too.
This is the best used car dealership in Ontario! Great prices and amazing deals!! Nero is an amazing person. He is really friendly, calm and transparent.
