Tim Grubbs, the owner of Quality Assurance Painting, stood me up twice for scheduled site visits to look at work for a major retail bank. He was a no show, no call, no text and very unprofessional. If you are looking for a reliable painter, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. This guy is bound to disappoint you. Actually, I'm glad he was a let down in the beginning rather than awarding him work and then being let down, because I'm sure his quality of work is reflected in his lack of professionalism.
They advertise that they pressure wash but apparently my job was "too small" for them to bother with. I waited on them for two days to show up...no show, no call! Do not waste a phone on them if you are looking for a pressure washer because they will not waste one on you!
Worse Service Ever – Do not hire this company if what you really want and need is QUALITY this is not the people to call. Not reliable, sloppy, worse costumer service, bad quality etc.... WORSE AND OVERPRICED!!!!!!!!!
