Came in very helpful in an emergency.. my grandmothers refrigerator gave up.. and we found a great deal at Quality Appliance..

I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations, however we tried to be as transparent as possible. We cannot stand behind parts not purchased from us and must charge labor for replacing the part you supplied. I do take exception to your name calling and cursing but wish you luck in getting a refund from whoever supplied you the defective part.
Our washer broke which is never fun so Luke and I began reviewing the new models. We remembered that friends of ours own Quality Appliances, so we went there. We couldn't be more please, Bubba was wonderful and went through a detailed review on the washers and dryers we were interested in. We ended up getting a beautiful Electrolux set which they delivered next day along with disposing of the broken washer family owned, friendly and as their name states Quality
Went shopping all over town. This was the last place I stopped and I'm glad I did. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They beat the prices of the big box stores and the store across town. Thank you very much I'm now out of the dog house!
