I have had a bad service experience with Quality Air & Heating Incorporated. I called for service to our Lenox furnace on Monday, November 30 2009. The service technician responded the same day and found a bad circuit board. The company did not have the circuit board on hand and had to order it. Instead of overnighting the board, Quality Air had the board shipped by normal UPS.
