Wow it’s so refreshing to have such a responsive company, especially on in the 30A area!! We recently had our PM service and team found a bad coil, fortunately still warranties. They ordered the replacement part and had us up an running again in just a few quick days. Remor did a great job and the house is much cooler! Thank you!!
Woke in the middle of the night sweating due to the a/c not cooling. Notified my property manager and they said Quality Air would be out between 1&3 PM. Mario showed up at 2PM & was able to get our a/c working in less than 30 minutes. Friendly guy and explained everything he was doing.
