They did not fulfill the contract per the terms of the roof repair. They did not replace warped or bowed and rotted boards per contract. They only replaced 2 or 3 boards and just put new shingles over the 2 sections. 6 to 8 more boards needed to be replaced. Joel wanted to put shingles under shingles to make it look flat using reused shingles. Joel is extremely knowledgable, helpful, and the guy you want for all your roofing needs. When I was in need of a new roof due to damages, he went to bat for me with the insurance company and made things happen when other roofing contractors could not. He took the time to meet with the insurance company’s adjuster/estimator and provided me the best options to resolve my specific needs. I highly recommend Joel and his team at Qualified Roofing.
Had unexpected roof damage from a storm. Joel saw the damage, left his card at my door. Ended up going with him and his team. They were able to get the work done in a timely and professional manner. I will use their services again if needed for sure!

After a big snow, the roof started leaking and we had nearly no time to deal with it. Joel was able to get over there that day to inspect it and come up with a plan, he gave us realistic options and was able to get the job done with time to spare! I don’t think that this could’ve gone any better given the circumstances and I don’t believe anybody else would’ve been able to get there and tackle the problem so quickly.
