We have had QPM for our condo's and they are terrible. Our "property manger" Dianne, is utterly useless. She cannot even answer simple questions let alone do anything. I have found that management companies fall into two categories, bad and worse. Take a guess which group QPM fall into.
Horrible State has recommended I file another complaint in category they have jurisdiction under. I’m a realtor that lives in a community they manage and I can tell you from my experience as well as others they are absolutely horrible. They lose applications (always get certified w tracking). You have to hound them on estoppels and better than 50% chance they will not be correct- and god forbid they return an assessment that was supposed to remain in account for the benefit of the buyer they will not correct it.
