Had a great experience today with a full sized poodle who needed her teeth cleaned without sedation. Staff were super nice and the service was efficiently fast. I’m so appreciative and I will tell every dog lover to go there. Thank you.
I took my small terrier dog to get her dental cleaning with this company for the first time in Huntington Beach. I was quoted it would take roughly 30-40 min for the cleaning. I was called after almost an hour of waiting for them to tell me she was not a candidate because she had 2 loose teeth. They told me that they were busy so they couldn’t notify me earlier, so I wasted an hour waiting for them to tell me this when it only takes less than a minute to make a phone call. Excellent care; my dog did great with getting her teeth cleaned. She normally is a bit nervous, but she was calm, trusting and felt comfortable with all the staff.. and so did I! Great result, nice clean teeth. So happy I chose qualified Pet Dental for my sweet little buddy!
Their mobile vet was parked in DT Laguna beach running their exhaust for over 2 hours. We parked our car in the Lumberyard parking lot and commented that their exhaust was so stinky. I hoped they were either just arriving or leaving. We came back to our car 2 hours later & they were still there, still running stinky exhaust. Bad for the planet & bad for everyone breathing it.
Absolutely 5 star! They are so helpful. My dog got vaccination from them and we needed the proof in certain format to support traveling urgently. Rebecca responded us instantly in an after hour time and helped to modify the document immediately and quickly. I could not thank her enough. Their helpful mindset determines the quality of their work!
