I took my dog to this company for a dental cleaning, and afterward she developed a serious infection. I didn’t realize where the bad smell was coming from until I took her to a clinic, and they told me the infection happened because bacteria had been pushed into her gums during the cleaning. My dog ended up losing 10 teeth. I absolutely do not recommend this place. When I called to explain what happened, they were rude and unprofessional—they even hung up the phone on me. Very disappointing experience.
We brought two dogs to Qualified Pet Dental. One dog was 12 And the other one was 13. Everyone that dealt with us was friendly, polite, and professional. Unfortunately, both of our dogs were not willing participants for this procedure. The staff tried to comfort our dogs, but it was not going to happen. One of our dogs had a history of seizures. The teeth cleaning went extremely well, and the onsite veterinarian pointed out a dental procedure we should do in the future. Apparently, a baby tooth had not dropped down and was still there. Something we had not noticed!

I took my dog for a dental cleaning. Then, a few months later, when I went to the Vet, he said my dog needed her teeth cleaned. He showed me evidence. 🤔 Hmmm. I wonder what they did at Qualified Dental because they had me “drop her off” so I didn’t witness any cleaning. My verdict: Don’t waste your money here.
