Billing is a joke. They made up paperwork to cover up only after my girlfriend complained. They’ve been violating my girlfriend‘s privacy all day, completely unprofessional they don’t know one thing from another. They do not identify their names and they keep bombarding her. They never asked her anything. In fact, she had to tell them what to do when we were there. They are very very money grabbing.
The assistant and Veterinarian were right on time and my dog’s teeth were sparkling clean when they were done. No anesthisia! It only took 30 minutes for both dogs.
We love having a non-anesthesia option for our dog with dental issues. This is a great team of caring providers.
