I have been a client of QPS for 8 years. Over that time, quality and attention to detail has gone down. I have repeatedly been given wrong information in regards to details of our 401k plan that we offer our employees. Invoicing is not clear or detailed. Most recently I had a discrepancy between what was contributed to the plan and what was accounted for. Do not use! It was a nightmare trying to roll over funds because my former company went through QPS. I had a couple questions over the paperwork QPS sent me and was told they are not allowed to talk to me! The financial institution that my 401k was through said they don't have any info because all paperwork was contracted to go through QPS. I took weeks hassling both parties and then QPS took an $80 admin fee from my balance.
