I have had the grand opportunity to have been supported by the talented PSWs from Qualicare staff for the last 50 days or so. The staff is talented, very hard-working, efficient and generous. They have been great friends and advocates for my wife who suffers from severe dementia. Any tasks have been completed with excellence. We have been using Qualicare for the past few months for PSW support for my mother. It was a smooth and easy process to arrange care quickly. The PSWs were kind, reliable and helpful. They assisted in the home and even at some appointments. Special mention goes to PSW Avita for her caring and consistent support. We are grateful for the support of Qualicare in our time of need. We would definitely recommend Qualicare, and will use them in the future if the need arises.
Collins and the staff were very helpful and kind setting up the in home care our mother needed. Within hours of calling to arrange for PSWs to come to the house for the first time, Collins arranged for the support and care our mother received. We are ever greatful for the kind and compassionate care that was provided.
I was really happy with the service from Colin and Lisa in particular. I would recommend you'll for sure. I wish you success. Thank you for everything.
