They are holding 4 bills since last October. Called numerous times. Insisting they are not my primary insurance. I AM THE EMPLOYEE! People are lying saying they will take care of it. Next phone call, find out the person NEVER submitted anything. Talked to a supervisor, still nothing done. WONDER IF LEGAL ACTION WOULD HELP? WORST INSURANCE EVER!
The worst company to EVER work for!!!! They don't give a dam about their employees permanent or temps! I worked for 10mths as a temp & never got hired, they expect u to never call out & work but they don't want to hire you permanently! Worst place ever! Management sucks!
I have an interview with this company...I can't say anything until i am done with the interview and begin work for them...
Absolutely horrible. Still trying to get a claim paid from September 2014. Every time you leave a message for someone in the Appeals department they NEVER respond or call you back. Representatives have been friendly over the phone, but have no answers whatsoever. I am so happy that I no longer have this insurance, it has been nothing but a headache!!!
Still waiting to get paid for a claim from April of 2014. QualCare representatives put you on hold for long periods of time, do not return emails, messages and loose documents. You are given reference numbers at the end of a call and when you provide that number to a new representative, there is no documentation for it. I would love to work here because it seems as if they are not held accountable for anything. Reporting them because they have committed "insurance fraud." So glad I now have HBCBS!
Excellent business model where providers are shareowners thus govern the company and help grow the business. Well respected company offering affordable health plans. MEWAs giving small employers access to low cost health coverage. I love this company.
