Absolutely worst Ins Co. I’ve ever dealt with. Extremely high deductibles, high copays, and they definitely are not out for the little person. For a colonoscopy and an endoscopy, my portion is $1,200 . I make $18,000 a yr, so having a chunk of medical expense of $1,200 is a big hit. This is why ppl go without having test and procedures done.... we can’t afford it. I need to see specialist but I can’t afford the copay, so I go without treatment!!! Is that fair???

very poor follow through. waiting on a claim to be processed for nearly months. no one know what is going on, and minimal follow up with the patient.

QualCare, Inc. will not cover my identical twins because they consistently filed paperwork under the wrong child. I’m still appealing claims from September 2016, which according to them a thorough review of the claim occurred. Yet, no inclusion of the fact that it was under the wrong child. I guess equal coverage doesn’t apply to identical twins. I pay for both children but apparently this company doesn’t have too. They just denied my epi pens regular and generic because they said they aren't unnecessary. I'm sorry, I suffer from multiple food and drug allergies and I need epi pens to keep me alive if my throat closes up. I think that's pretty necessary. We are going to drop this insurance for our company and go with someone better.

I just have to say how disappointed I am with QualCare, Inc. My husband and I have had the insurance for years and over the course of that time have been healthy. Almost 2 years ago my son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes an autoimmunce condition. QualCare has denied him a pump 3 times because his A1c isn't high enough. In other words, they want him sicker before they approve him for a pump. This is a 14 year old boy. In the long run, when you run higher A1c's it's a known fact, that this is already causing damage to blood... read more

Worse Insurance ever! Been trying to help my eye doctor get paid for a claim he was told was approved 8 months ago! I have a LIST OF NAMES, NUMBERS, AND REFERENCE NUMBERS That we have contacted and someone is,always going to call you back. Made my 8th and final call today, have an appointment with the insurance commissioner on Friday. I pay my premium religiously, but can't get 1 simple claim paid?? This company is bullshit and I'm letting everyone that I can know it!!

I sent an email to you guys on the 20th of last month regarding the surprise bill law and haven't received a call back or email response. I also called numerous times and the same thing no response. I have a Qualcare as an insurance for more than 10 years and never had this problem. When I return back to work I will have Qualcare again and I'm hoping this is not a new pattern.
